Biography
The author, Scott Wilde grew up in northern Utah with the Rocky Mountains and their vast resources as his playground. Scott graduated from Utah State University with a degree in geology and worked as a geophysicist for a major petroleum exploration company for several years. As a husband and father of seven children, he now lives in Seguin, Texas, and works for a leading oil and gas service company. He worked for a leading electric company in North Texas, as an environmental specialist for many years. He shares his love for the outdoors with his family and other youth through his activities as a seasoned backpacker, scoutmaster, and through his love of writing. His family, and those who associate with him, have always enjoyed his stories.
