Biography
Patricia Wilson-Smith is a writer, educator, consultant, and an expert in Internet and Web 2.0 technologies, and presently the President and CEO of Online Media Interactive, a social media management and web development agency. Pat holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems and a Masters in Information Technology with an emphasis on Internet technologies.
As a technology executive, Pat has lead teams of web developers, project managers, quality assurance resources, and business analysts in building enterprise web systems that are responsible for netting millions of dollars in new revenue for its companies. She has years of experience in fast paced, high-pressured, team production environments, and is known as a leader and a motivator.
Gifted with a rare ability to bridge business strategy with technology, Pat has helped to guide the strategic direction for companies small and large. She specializes in making complex technical concepts easy to understand, and spent years as one of the most popular college instructors in the Georgia state college system as a result. Now Pat is helping small-to-medium sized businesses learn how to leverage Web 2.0, social media, and the viral power of the web to promote their products and services and grow their businesses to the next level!
Pat resides in Lawrenceville Georgia with her husband Paul, and her three boys, David, Daniel, and Miles.
