  • An Unlikely Hero on July 04, 2014

This is a short, but not too short, book. I found it to be a very good read and I would recommend it. I would read more from this author.

Didn't get far before I stopped and deleted from my Nook. It is set in the future, which doesn't appeal to me. Didn't read far enough to say if it was any good or not. This is just not my cup of tea.
  • A Cat Caper: A Delilah Duffy Short on July 04, 2014

Short story of a book shop owner/reluctant detective searching for missing pets. It was very enjoyable so I would have liked it to be longer.
  • Innocent in Las Vegas: A Humorous Tiffany Black Mystery on July 14, 2014

Good book, elements closely parallel Janet Evonovich's Stephanie Plumb and I don't dig that (you should create your own characters that are not so stylized). I would read more since the one thing that she doesn't have (so far) is casual sex which is why I gave up Stephanie Plum, even though I was in love with her character and the others as well.
  • Luck for Hire on July 20, 2014

This is a very good read. It has an unusual twist that I have never seen before. It's mysterious and never fully explained which I feel works well for the story. Very well done.
  • The Gauguin Connection on July 26, 2014

I love, love, love this book! Estelle Ryan is a genius! 360 pages, every one interesting and fast paced. I could hardly bear to put it down to work and sleep! I will be reading the other books in this series. Great characters and character development. A keeper.
  • Clearwater Journals on Aug. 25, 2014

This was a page turner. Held my interest throughout. The ending was too abbreviated and did not provide "closure," that's my only complaint. Al Rennie is worthy of a purchased read and I probably will buy some more of his books.
  • Crime in the Community on Aug. 31, 2014

Perhaps if I were from Scotland or England it would make sense, but I enjoyed this, found it fast paced and interesting, even if it was confusing sometimes. I recommend.
  • Now They Call Me Gunner on Sep. 12, 2014

This is a great read! It moves faster than Gunner and Randal on their bikes at all times. Never boring. There was one, "Oh no" at the end and one "yay" so it's balanced :) Read cause you will like it. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
