  • Ember Rising Light (Book One) on March 21, 2012

I found this book to be a very interesting mix of fantasy inside of a current-day setting on earth, not some other world or midevil times. The storyline is good though somewhat confusing at times but I enjoyed following the main characters as they try and figure out who and what they are and how to control their unusual gifts. I will be reading the second book in this series.
  • Ember Shadow Fall (Book Two) on March 26, 2012

I enjoyed the first book of this series so much that I decided to purchase this second book. I found it enjoyable but this will be the end of my journey with this series. Thanks for the entertainment.
  • Tall, Dark & Lonely: A Pyte/Sentinel Series Novel on July 15, 2012

This book kept me riveted. I had a hard time putting it down. I couldn't wait to purchase the next books in the series.
  • Tall, Dark & Lonely: A Pyte/Sentinel Series Novel on July 15, 2012

I really enjoyed this book and had a hard time putting it down. I couldn't wait to purchase the next books in the series.
  • The Mating (The original Law of the Lycans story) on Sep. 22, 2012

I liked the book. Well written with a decent story, I still found it somewhat lacking in intensity and somewhat predictable. I wasn't holding my breath to see what would happen next.
  • Chasing Sorcery on Jan. 13, 2013

I found this book very interesting in places but it was hard to follow because it skipped around to too many different people's stories and didn't come together quick enough.
  • Unspoken on Feb. 09, 2013

A heart wrenching tale of how PTSD effects, not only the person who has it, but their whole family. This book had me from page one and I couldn't put it down until it was finished. Thank you for a great, realistic read.
  • BlackMoon Beginnings on July 24, 2013

Once I got used to the writer's style, I found this book very enjoyable and was willing to pay the price to read the second book.
  • Scorching Secrets (The Prophesized Series #2) on July 24, 2013

I'm afraid I was disappointed by this book. It made very little progress. How many times does one keep doing the same types of things with the same results before they decide to do something different, maybe go on the offensive instead of always waiting for someone to come to you? I won't be buying another in this series.
  • If We Dare to Dream (The Evans Family, Book One) on Dec. 26, 2013

Very seldom do I ever rate a book 5 stars. It takes the right combination of intensity, action, suspense along with just the right amount of romance and emotion to round it out. This book has it all. The author has described the main characters of this book with enough detail so I could easily envision them in my mind and the story flowed very nicely. I had a hard time putting it down and ended up finishing it in 2 days.
  • Legend of the White Werewolf Series The Forgotten Ones on Jan. 19, 2014

A decent story but it seemed too rushed. Not enough character depth, too many first person switches.
  • Highland Shift on Jan. 23, 2014

Very good story. Nice blend of erotic romance with fantasy, mystery, intrigue and just enough emotion to keep a woman interested. I felt there was just a little bit of lag in the middle, after a rise in the activity but it soon picked back up again, making it hard to put down towards the end. I have already downloaded a sample of the second book and from the first chapter, am hooked so I'll be purchasing it. Good work!
  • Connected (Broken #2) on July 24, 2014

Fantastic story! I very seldom give a book 4, much less 5 stars. This one has everything I could as for in a book; Romance (of course), tragedy, a wonderful story line, very intense and emotional at times, mystery, and a great ending. In less than 3 days, I finished both books. Both were hard to put down. I hope to see more of A.E. Murphy's writing soon.
