Smashwords Interview

What's your latest project?
Killing Lincoln: The real story of how President Abraham Lincoln was murdered by a cabal inside his own administration, and then turned into a saint by some of the very people who plotted his removal from office.
When did you start writing?
I wrote a propaganda poem in the 5th Grade titled "What American Means to Me," filled with platitudes and published behind a glass case at the entrance to the school for a few months. The next year, I wrote my first novel which was heavily influenced by the Tom Swift and Tom Corbett series that had been published for teens of an earlier generation, books I'd discovered while visiting my grandparents in Southeastern Kansas.
