Self-Editing: Two Half Brains Make a Whole Writer, a short, well-written, entertaining, exemplary e-book, gives you so many fun strategies on how to edit your own work. I loved especially the part about freewriting--something I have practiced for 27 years and has served me well in getting published. You don’t need to be a professional writer to buy this book. I'd think anyone who wants to write a resume, report, or cover letter could use these ideas. I would also recommend this for homeschoolers or middle school and high school students that are learning composition. If you want to better your own writing and feel more confident--buy this book. You’ll be glad you did!

Loved this memoir! As always, Lightfoot, spins an intriguing tale of her musings. Once I started reading, I couldn't stop! Priceless!

What a fun, funny, exciting, mysterious, adventure with surprising twists and turns on every page. Very humorous elements about how a writer actually thinks and plans his story, and also laugh-out-loud humor that will keep you wanting to read more. Very well written! Great read!
