Stephen Brooks is a native of Hot Springs, Arkansas and has lived on Saint Simons Island, Georgia, the last twenty-three years. Stephen relies heavily on his varied law enforcement career that spans thirty-two years and all levels since he began as a Hot Springs Police Officer in 1979. Stephen has traveled the globe extensively providing instruction in seaport security and anti-terrorism as well as admiralty and maritime law. Stephen is also noted for lecturing and publishing in the areas of identifying and investigation the transnational crime of human trafficking.
