Thelma has recently retired, and lives in the small mining community of Logan Lake, British Columbia with her husband.
She loves spending time with her family and friends, camping, and travelling.
She has been actively involved in the local arts community as a painter, serves on the board of the Logan Lake Christian Fellowship, and is an active member of Citizens on Patrol. Her hobbies include kayaking, going for long walks, reflexology, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, sewing, and reading.
