Biography
Tonya Holly (Robinson), born in Washington, DC and married to her college best friend for more than 20 years. They reside in South Jersey with their four boys. She is known as the friend everybody covets her tips, recipes, and advice. An avid music listener; she loves the 'Oldies'; 'Quiet Storm' and' Contemporary Gospel' - the lyrics are food for her soul.
A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park; she holds a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Design. Her career includes 20 years professional experience in retail buying, managing, merchandising and planning. She is admittedly addicted to SHOPPING! She faithfully serves in her Church's Bookstore Ministry because it's a joy to encourage others to grow and walk out their faith. When time allows, she enjoys walking, sewing, volleyball, basketball, the performing arts and vacationing.
Currently, a self-proclaimed "Household Engineer"; a professional title for a Stay-at-Home-Mom. Tonya's husband often jokes that there is nothing stay at home about what she does! She believes as a parent, one of her primary responsibilities is training up her kids. One of the best classrooms is getting hands on learning through ordinary errands and daily activities, which can make for exciting teachable experiences.
