Biography

What does it take to turn an electrical engineer into a writer? Maybe a wrinkled old lady?

It was a summer day in Thermal power plant “Nikola Tesla”. In the heat of the auxiliary boiler room two engineers were calibrating electrical devices. In the middle of a job that requires dedication, suddenly, out of nowhere, so to speak, a very strange thought came into the mind of the younger. This sudden thought wasn’t related at all to the ongoing work. It was the thought of a man abused by some old lady. “What brought this thought?” wondered the engineer.

A few days later, again within the engineering plant, the same sort of thing is taking place. Up to then, the engineer had forgotten the man and the old woman. But here is the thought again – the old lady is still tormenting the man! “What on earth is this!?” the engineer wondered. Little did he know that the man and the old lady were, in fact, the heroes of the book he would write, the novel called "Malign Field".

Smashwords Interview

Your readers would probably want to know what it is you are currently working on.
I’m writing a horror story.
Meaning you’ve made a certain change in genre? Your earlier works are mysteries, if I’m not mistaken?
I wouldn’t call it a genre change. If we were to compare the two genres, mystery and horror, we would probably notice that the thin line separating the two barely even exists. Besides, my previous writings aren’t entirely clear of traces of horror.

The circumstances under which Peter Vulk met Mr. Selcuri had some peculiar trait. The situation was of the kind that Vulk must have doubted its reality. “This is where I wake up, surely?” he thought to himself at one point. “I’m afraid not, Mr. Vulk,” answered Selcuri.

Pripovetka. Padina i objekat. Dakle, pitanje glasi: Šta ovi događaji, zapravo, znače?

Pripovijetka. Dobro pitanje.

Short story. In 1947, on one of the slopes of the French mountain Dent de Crolles, a strange object appeared. It was a sort of iron pipe, about 200 meters long. The object displayed some very interesting features. Six hundred years earlier, in the area of today’s Montenegrin village of Tserovo, the same happened. The slope and the thing. So, the question is: What is the meaning of these events?

Short story. Do you remember the Watering Season? That favorite children’s tradition in the building to mark the end of the school year. You fill a can with water, go out on the balcony and empty the can on someone’s head. Good tradition, isn’t it? And do you remember Adriana? No one “watered” her, remember? Anna asked me once: “Why isn’t anybody watering Adriana?” Good question.
