She is the Founder and CEO of U.R.U. & Associates, business and leadership consulting firm. Her strong passion for women in leadership positioned her to birth and serve as the President and Founder of the W.O.W.W. (Women of Wisdom and Wealth) Professional Women’s Network with over 500 members and growing. Jeronda is an ordained Elder in Beacon Light International Ministries and Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International and serves in various leadership roles in her community. She strives to be a “woman of excellence.” going the extra-mile in all that she does.
