I like the author's writing style; it's very old world and elegant. Classical writing style which I always love.

It was cute story. I don't feel it deserves a 1 star. But it does have editing issues. Some errors are okay, and especially with the industry as it is no, but I felt the writing, here, really needs work. Once the writing is fixed up, I think it could have been really cute. The author definitely captured the young puppy love thing that I remember feeling as teen.

I thought it was great, and especially the first book. The only thing I'd recommend is changing the way the inner monologue is written. Sometimes, the way you've got it is okay, but, when there's that much of it, it's probably best to see how it's typically formatted. Personally, I like to separate it, the way I would dialogue, but, instead of quotation marks, I use italics. However, there are different ways of writing internal dialogue, so maybe try Google. Also, reviewer below says there needs to be an explanation that its three books, but it says right on the front cover that it's three. I don't understand where the animosity is coming from, in the review below. Why the insult, and why continue reading? Why do you have to check his other work to see if it's terrible? Seems like pent up anger.
