Victor Izuogu obtained Bachelor of Science degree in Secretarial Administration in the year 2000 from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Victor started a career in banking in 2001 and has worked in two different leading commercial banks in Nigeria. As a freelance writer, he has had his articles published in popular Nigerian newspapers including The Guardian and The Punch Newspapers. He also writes for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Focus on Africa Newsmagazine.

Victor lives in Port Harcourt, Nigeria with his wife, Blessing and their children, David and Esther.
