Nancy is a physics graduate and spent the first ten years of her career working in the electronics industry. Initially, she worked as a Manager progressing up to Director level. After eight years as an independent consultant, she got tired of book-keeping and answering phone messages, so she started Vinehouse Essential Ltd.
Nancy has notched up over 20 years experience in the field of performance management. As a successful author she has written 'Difficult People Made Easy', the eZine, 'Grapevine' and has also designed the 'Difficult People Calculator'.
