I found this book personally helpful in enabling me to cope better with workplace issues.It helped me to understand what previously used to be complex and stressfull work scenarios.As a result I feel on top of it all. The book pointed out that the most danger posed to humankind has always been from human behaviour. Hence the need for a more responsible approach. A great book.
