Wendy Dewar Hughes

Biography

My journey into creative pursuits began early. I have been an artist and a writer all my life and come from an entrepreneurial family. I have followed such diverse occupations as travel agent, hospitality sales manager, portrait painter, sales and marketing trainer, and author.

My career as a novelist began several years ago when I wrote my first book for the sole reason to see if I had enough words in me. I did. In fact, there is no end to the words, ideas, and stories that keep appearing.
