Mariah Rice lives and works in the western northern lower peninsula of Michigan, that is to say she lives and works at the fleshy part of the hand between the pinky and ring finger. Around her full time job and 2 small children, she knits, and is writing poetry for a new collection.

    loved it. Hilarious all the way thru. Twisted fairy tales should be a genre of their own. I would like to learn more about the land they are in that seems completly modern yet so 'Once upon a time'. I am curious how exactly the author envisions this land. However, by not exactly expounding on the geography, the plot moved along nicely.

    Amazing!!! Couldn't stop reading it! Laughed the whole way through. I think if I were to meet the mother in person i would have had a thing or two to say to her about proper pregnant behavior though! Look forward to reading more from this author!
