When I was 14 years old, my mother sat me down and told me that if I learned how to type, I would always be able to find a job. She gave me a ream of paper, and told me to have a good time. I proceeded to write some kind of love story, it's been so long, I don't remember anything about it. But, recently, writing has become important to me. I have a food blog that I have started three years ago. I am working on a children's story that I wrote for my school age child, and a three part novel that I've been thinking about for a long time. Stay tuned!

History plays an important role in all of Palmer's works. Indeed, he is a proponent of the idea that History is philosophy taught by example. His writings, whether they be Historical Fiction or set in contemporary times, reflects that effort to enlighten and inspire.

A kid once asked me, "Why do you like books so much?" I looked around the room like an idiot for a few seconds before mumbling the only thing I could come up with in reply, "Real life is just that little bit too boring." As much as I thought it was a stupid answer at the time, I think that it really does sum up what I love about reading and writing. I like a fantasy or sci-fi world that closely mirrors reality, but with just a tweak of unbelievable to it; a believable delusion if you will. I love reading something crazy that still produces a sliver of possibility on the very peripheral of my mind.

Hi! My name is Miriam Guerrero. I'm currently 22 years old and have been writing random short stories since I was about 14 but I've been writing my whole life. I write my stories based on dreams I've had, whether they were good dreams or not. Sometimes it's just a bit that I remember from a dream and I add to it. Sometimes it's just what lingers after I wake up, like a phrase or a person from the dream. I personally don't think dreams have any significance really, but some of them make for really cool stories. I have 3 stories in progress right now and dozens of dreams that I want to turn into stories. =) I have also recently made my debut as a vlogger on YouTube with my photographer cousin, check us out and su ... read more

I've always been a rather private person, still am in fact. Publishing a book wasn't easy for me, as it meant showcasing myself to anyone who picked up my work. It took me a long time to muster the courage to finally do it. I've always believed that an author's work is a window into their mind, knowing this and being rather self-conscience, I've always been a tad afraid to let anyone have a peek into mine.
Ruling Body has been something I've been working on for a number of years, trying to perfect it and of course, enjoy it. These characters are dear to me, and at the end of it all, seven books in total, I hope others will enjoy the stories, the characters, and their situations.
