Why do I write? Because I want to tell stories about the human condition of love and loss, our efforts to discover our purpose and genuine joy, while learning that we can triumph as we walk in the footsteps of those who've gone before us. As I was growing up, I read every kind of fantasy novel I could. I was an absolute Star Wars geek/fanatic. When I got older, I fell embarrassingly hard for historical romance. Once I got to college my reading became more widely focused on eras of literature I'd never heard of before. My love of literature ironically led me to study history. I earned a Master's degree in history from CSUF with a concentration in Western Civilization where I developed an early obsession with Ale ... read more

My stories are designed to be quick, sexy reads that can be enjoyed solo but are best when read with that special someone.

Fast forward to my college days, and I looked into seriously writing books. I thought I would start with children's stories. After all, that was the envelope I received in the mail, and for a small fee, they were going to teach me all about writing for children. Well, at some point I ran out of money, and instruction too. No learning how to write stories here without funds!
