Blood Guardians

They are untouched by time, and ravaged only by silver, the sun, and decapitation. They travel where they will and take to themselves humans to be their eternal companions. One such creature, a vampire with the appearance of a young man, finds himself in a small, dusty town in Ohio in 1837. There the Blood Moon, an ancient force spoken only in legends, forces him to take a young woman to him.

Violet and Will’s adventures are only just beginning as they make their way to the home of Will’s Blood Guardian, Caleb Stewart. There they learn of those who seek their family and of mysterious rumors floating out of the west concerning an ailment which only afflicts vampires. Their questions lead them to New York City and the Council of vampires, where they must decide where their course lays

Will and Violet’s adventures lead them far afield as they travel across the ocean in search of answers. On the Continent they find themselves among new friends and old enemies as they track down a kidnapped vampire in the hopes that he can save their race from the plague. The third part to the four-part Young Adult paranormal adventure Blood Guardians series.

Will and his companions race after their captured friends in a desperate move to save the vampire race from extinction by the disease, or a horrible slavery through Stenson’s control of the cure. The chase takes them to Constantinople where they meet up with new friends and foes, and find that their problems only skimmed the surface of the surprise that awaited them at the end of their journey.
