New Sentinels

While out celebrating her twenty first birthday, Angelina Drake finds herself immersed in a curse that goes back generations, to the time when the first Djinn terrorized the world. She has to fight for her life and her friends when an old evil comes knocking. The wishes of the people around her just complicates the situation as she can hear them all, spoken or not.

Adelaide Oliver, raised in the bayou in New Orleans, flees the Big Easy to Seattle when she believes she is seeing things and losing her mind. What she doesn't realize is that she is a Raven Maid, a secret of the Voodoo, Vodoun faith. Angel & the other Sentinels are in pursuit of the remains of the now rogue black ops Lazarus Group and its leader, Xerxes, an ancient warlord who's used the enslavement of lesser Djinn for centuries to secure power & unnaturally long life. Lazarus has teamed up with the nemeses of the Sentinels in a last ditch effort to awaken the last Greater Djinn, a Shaytan, to snatch victory from defeat.
