The Taxi series is an ongoing series that revolves around a lesbian couple in Berlin in the early 90s; their everyday struggles with each other as well as with friends and family. This collection contains books 1 - 10 of the Taxi series, all playing in 1992.

Ulrike is not happy when she learns that her brother has to move out in a few days and he doesn't know where to go. Not only will she have to help him move, but she also has to take him in, and both proves to be quite a challenge. Taxi - Teamwork is the 11th book in the Taxi series.

While Ulrike is wondering about her mother's strange behaviour, Carmen is having a hard time with some of her pupils. When one of the pupils threatens to out her, Carmen makes a drastic decision with creative consequences.
