A journal with reflections covering an Episcopal priest's 28 day sabbatical in the Israel. Traveling alone and on foot most of the time, I spent 3 weeks in Jerusalem and 1 in Galilee. I also visited Bethlehem, Herodian, Qumran, Masada, and Beit Shean. I didn't find Jesus there. I had brought him with me and I felt he showed me around this place that was his earthly home.
