There are six poems, based mostly on conservation of water, enviroinment and maintenance of cleanliness. One poem is about a girl who was raped when she went out at night (as there was no toilet inside the premises) to attend call of nature. However, the first poem is based on duty of a lower level police officer who had to stay overnight beside an unkown dead body submerged in sea shore.

The last poem of the book on a mother is the title of the book. I have no shame in sharing with you that while writing the title poem, I wiped my tears at least four to five times and had to stop writing further many times.
