I received this book for free from the member giveaway at and at first I was skeptical. There are so many young adult dystopian book series out there right now that I feared this one would be run of the mill. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not. This book had likeable characters who you wanted to see succeed and grow. It was an interesting setting that left just enough to the imagination. There could have been a bit more character development, but I enjoyed the surprises it held enough to want to know what happens next. I enjoyed this book and although I received this first one for free, I will be on the lookout for book number 2 and have every intention of buying it. Thanks!
