Reviews of Fires of Prophecy: The Morcyth Saga Book Two by Brian S. Pratt

After reading the 1st book in the morcyth saga I was hooked. This 2nd book as entertaining as the first. I'm easy to forgive grammatical errors attributing them to character flaws...lol.

Again, the grammar is not ideal but the story is interesting, and addictive, enough to excuse it.

I don't know how you get away with such terrible writing, yet I'm a little hooked too Brian. You tell a great story however aweful the grammer might be and the present tense style sometimes annoying. However people like to relax and read - with your books you can do just that. Not sure whether to say well done or not. I choose well done.

I downloaded the first book "Unsuspecting Mage" and spend my weekend reading from cover to cover. The first few pages kinda boring but the more you spend time on it the more you hook to it. Then after that I downloaded all the books until "The Mists of Sorrow". Now, I am starting reading the next chapter of The rouge Mage called James; the "Light in the Barren Lands". I am excited of what happen to James when he will be back to his home world. And whose this dark Mage and where he comes from?

An interesting story although the writing is somewhat infantile. Which can be annoying a times.
you feel like you are reading a teenagers essay.
The price of the book is defiantly not worth $5.95
There are many other books well written for less.
would I recommend this author sorry no.
Will I buy the next book Sorry No.

This book developed at a much slower pace than the first, however I still enjoyed it. Of course it left me anxious to read the remainder of the series. I liked that the author brought in more characters to make the story more lively but disappointed that the story sort of drifted from James's main quest, and was led on a rabbit trail to rescue a friend. Mr. Pratt is undoubtedly a talented author and I'm looking forward to finishing the story of James, the main character who is easy to like.

I finished this book a few days ago and it kept me edge, I couldn't stop reading it. The way that it written makes the story all the more exciting because you get the build up to were the story finish. Book 3 next!
