Fallon is a brilliant tattoo artist with inherent magic. Tired of men and their games, she climbs onto her Harley and leaves her old life behind. Brody is a talented motorcycle mechanic and werewolf stuck in his painful past. It’s just another depressing night until he’s attacked by vampires. Thinking he killed them, he runs into the night and crashes into Fallon. Sparks fly.

Reviews of In Too Deep by Brandy L Rivers

Wolf Paw Publications reviewed on Oct. 22, 2013

Book One of the Others of Edenton series follows Fallon, a feisty red headed Druid, and Brody, our mourning werewolf from New Beginnings. Fallon's past comes back to haunt her, literally, with a vengeance, and not even Jess can see it coming.
I think Fallon is my favorite. She's just the whole package. Warrior, caster, and shifter all in one. It was great watching her come into her own as the book progressed and she realized that she doesn't have to keep away from everyone she cares about.
I found a couple of errors, but nothing that would impede reading speed.
I really like this series. Not only does it combine fantasy elements with paranormal, it holds just enough heat to keep the reader wanting more. I look forward to reading Shadows Fall and learning more about Amethyst, who makes her appearance known at the end of this book.
I give this book 5 of 5 paws

I got this book from the author, free of cost, in exchange of an honest review from my side!

Firstly I would like to thank Brandy L. Rivers, author of In Too Deep for giving me this wonderful opportunity of reviewing her work and I’m really glad to do that. So, moving on to the review part now.

WOW! That was just breathtakingly, freakishly wonderful! This is the very first thought that will come to your mind when you’ll finish this book. It’s really that much awesome, I swear!

The story sucked me in from the very first page and I traveled in a beautiful, wondrous, mystical, mysterious and totally real world that the author created.

The main character Fallon is a kick-ass heroine and I really like females who are strong, confident, self dependent, powerful and not a helpless chick! So if you wanna have some real female butt-kicking then you ought to have this book.

The male main character Brody was very good as well but Fallon stole the show! Brody is strong, sexy and hot and he’ll knock you out girls, totally! So watch out.

The erotic and super sexy romance will make your heart stop and you’ll yearn for more. This story is full of action, suspense, romance, thrill, what else do you need guys? So grab your copy and enjoy the ride!

I was given this book to read and review by the Lovers of the Paranormal group on Goodreads,in exchange for an honest review. I'm so glad I was given the opportunity, because books THIS Good, THIS Creative & THIS Enjoyable just aren't found often. This book simply is one of the most well written in it's genre, which I personally call a Paranormal/Romance/Suspense/Mystery. Which to me means, this is my favorite type of book. But many I've read, haven't even come close to being this fantastic and in-depth. Especially without you becoming lost, from too many characters and/or the plot. But not this one! I applaud the author for her incredible talent and book. I would consider it for adults, or more mature teens, to get the most out of it.

I loved the kickass, magically inked up Druid-Warrior that was Fallon, the female lead. So many facets of her were incredible, but believable and her gifts were so unique. It all added up to one of the most fascinating characters I've ever read about. But she was far from perfect. She could be a real hardass. She takes a lot of risks. She can be very intimidating and makes bad past choices when it comes to men she allows close to her, that she'll trust.Worst of all, she holds immense guilt over past relationships, even when they obviously were not her fault they failed. She believes something is wrong with her and she'll never have Real Love & a Loving Mate that accepts her for herself. She trusts only a small number of people and in degrees. But she has a heart of gold and is very caring and loving as well. She can also be very vulnerable and unsure of herself at times. She's had some REALLY BAD things happen in her past and still struggles with it. I admire her a lot, especially her inner strength and ability to survive heinous things, yet still be herself. She also is someone who would help a hurt stranger, even if it may put her in danger. And that is how she met Brody.

Brody is a largely build, gorgeous young werewolf. He was running for his life from these super powerful nasty vampires and they had hurt him bad. She accidentally hits him with her motorcycle, while he was trying to escape. She then came to his rescue, being drawn to him and knowing what was after him. She heals him to the best of her ability and when the vamps come, she easily smokes em. Brody is in awe and immensely grateful. Fallon is worn out from all she's done and he brings her to his Alpha, Slater.

Slater just happens to be in a close loving relationship with Jess, Fallon's closest friend. Jess and Slater's story are told in the prequel, "New Beginnings". I found it last night and got into it immediately. Jess is psychic and gets visions of the past and future, especially if she's touching a person. She knew years ago that Fallon would end up in this town and find happiness and eventually acceptance here. And of course, finally find her match in love. But it doesn't come easily. And anything truly worth it never does.

The small town is full of all types of creatures. The wolf pack runs the town, but others live there too, like two different species of Fae. More interesting secondary characters come in when they need more & more help against the very powerful vampire sect that is after Fallon, Brody and eventually the whole town.

ALL the characters in this book are so incredibly realistic and many are really fascinating! The plot is amazing! Between the growing love with a very cautious Fallon and Brody, who has been deeply mourning his last love who he thought was his true mate... to the ongoing mysterious happenings in town and the increasing vampire problems, you just can't stop reading!

This is by far, one of the BEST BOOKS I've ever read and I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! And make sure you also get the other book, New Beginnings!

5+ STARS!!!
An incredible book you can't miss!
LOVED IT!

*I received this book from LOP in exchange for my honest review*
First of all holy mother of pearl, this book was freakin amazing. I was immediately sucked in to the storyline and plot, I had a hard time even putting this book down to go to sleep. Fallon is such a phenomenal character, and the description of her appearance down to the details of her tattoos was amazing. I wish I could have tattoos like that. Needless to say this story kept enthralled, especially with Fallon's and Brody's romance. My goodness they were smoking hot, everybody needs a Brody in their life. I loved this story and can't wait to read more. I definitely encourage anyone who enjoys paranormal books coupled with a super steamy romance to read this book.

Wow, omg, i loved, loved, loved this book! It was a great story and sizzling, steamy HOT!! I just had to devour this book in one sitting, i couldnt stop myself!

This book threw you straight into the action and alot of different characters, at first i thought omg so many different "others", but each and everyone of them got explained (not in a boring way) so i knew who was what and what they was capable of!!

Fallon was a bad ass druid, full of tatts and piercings, with a very independent streak, i liked her from the start, she is a no nonsense kinda girl. She come with plenty of emotional stuff but Brody sorted that ;-)
Ooohhh Brody Dean, your typical sexy werewolf, only different to me as he didnt go all alpha on Fallon like most would ;-) eeek how much can i gush about him without it sounding like i want a Brody to myself, ok 'i want a Brody' hehe.
I liked all the other characters in the book (to many to name them all) except Dacia, she was just a jealous b!*#h. This book was full of all different kinds of 'others'.... Druid, wereanimals, faerie, shaman just to name a few.

This story was so fast paced and i was hooked from the first chapter, i wanted to scream through the first half of the book with the will they, wont they?!? Lets not forget about the storyline other than the bits that made me flush! I thought it was very original and fully entertained me, (glued to it allday). I would highly recommend this book to anyone that loves a paranormal with the romance and action, plus hot males hehe. Brandy L Rivers wrote an excellent book and i cant wait to read more of her books, im totally hooked :-)

Wow I loved this book! From the first chapter your pulled into the story and straight into action, this book is fast passed, and choker full with supernatural or 'Others' as the author calls them. The romance between, Fallon and Bordy is just beautiful. I loved Fallon with her strong take no nonsense personality, she's a powerful woman but I love that she also has hang ups and melts with Brody.

The author's writing style is easy to follow, descriptive, Brandy is a talented writer and I will be looking out for more from here.

I was given this book Free in return for a honest review (LOP)

Absolutely Brilliant.
I knew I wld like it when I found out Fallon was a tattoo artist who rode a Harley! I wanted to be her then, but when she turns out to be a druid kick arse woman & I definitely wanted to be her.
This book has everything I love. Magic, evil Vampires & more importantly one very sexy Werewolf.
I loved it from start to finish & was very upset when I did finish it. I'm very happy to know that there will be more in this series.
Brandy has a lovely writing style & her Sex scenes are HOT!

This is a must read if you enjoy paranormal romance!

From the first page, I found myself pulled into this story about Others - werewolves, druids, fae, and vampires, to name a few - and enjoying the ebb and flow. The rhythm was easy for me to follow and I enjoyed seeing events from both Fallon's and Brody's points of view. This made for an interesting twist and a better understanding of the situations.

Fallon is a complex character, edgy with a heavy dose of confidence. I like that. When she meets Brody her world is rocked and she's, for apparently the first time, unsure about what she's feeling and where she wants to go with it. It was fun to watch her as this character developed and I enjoyed not being sure which direction she would take or what to expect from her next.

Brody is not as unpredictable as Fallon, and I found him warm and engaging, as if we were already friends. He thought he knew where he was going, as well, and we all know how that can change in a second. Seeing scenes through his point of view gave me a better grasp on why he did some of the things he did, and made me appreciate the depth of his emotions.

The supporting cast was fun, as well; I liked the quirks and differences each exhibited and look forward to seeing more from them in the future.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Normally I read either science fiction for fun, or business books for work. This is the first time I have read a book like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn’t ever get through other vampire/werewolf books, but this one had me tearing through it – wanting to find out what would happen with the main characters. There was a lot of vivid, and hot, details that really made it all come alive. I cannot wait for the other parts of the series to be released, to find out what happens after and before this book.
