Very easy reading and an enjoyable story. Mike's style is similar to Sidney Sheldon which makes the book unputdownable.

My favorite lines:

“Got your service pistol with you?”
“Yes, of course.” Elaine started to open her satchel.
“Leave it here.” With a faint smile, he said, “I read the note in your file.”

I found myself reading one chapter after another. Though the book was shorter than I hoped, it had excellent flow. The subtle humor, lack of over-dramatic dialogue, characters you are able to relate to, and the authors ability to write without adding unnecessary content to reach a specific word count are just a few of the reasons I intend to read more from Mike Wells.

A real page turner. I just purchased the rest of the series. I have to see how it turns out! The author is obviously very well traveled.

I wasn't overly impressed with this book. I don't think I'd be reading the rest of the series either

I loved this book so much, I immediately bought the other two in the series and practically read non-stop until I finished all of them! Mike Wells is an extremely talented writer.

The whole time I was reading this story, I envisioned Tom Cruise in the Mission Impossible series! This could be a movie! Well-written and factual in detail, I enjoyed this face-paced thriller and look forward to reading more of Mike's work!

I read Book 1 in one setting, just couldn't put it down...and, I downloaded books 2 and 3 to read next. Awesome storyline, great characters, fast-paced, amazingly written. I totally recommend this series.
