The Lonely Woman
by Sa’id Ahmad
Zainab was intelligent, beautiful, and ambitious. But unfortunately for her, she was born into a race that considered women to be a man’s plaything and slave. So at a very tender age and without any serious education, she was given out in marriage to a man chosen for her by her father. She got nothing but disaster from that. She had a second one that was worst and reduced her to a nervous wreck.
