This short technical paper presents an alternate mathematical approach for determining the blinking frequency of our universe. Basically, if we use the Anthropic Principle, we convert a "fundamental" energy of 70.6 milli electron-volts into a frequency, it results in 1.1 THz.
Science is the most splendid artefact of the human imagination. Beginning in the 17th century the scientific revolution set in motion profound discoveries such as Newtonian mechanics, electromagnetism, relativity and quantum mechanics. The world has been transformed. Science however has not solved all mysteries – indeed it has made the world more mysterious than it ever was.
This book is a light-hearted look at the universe and our understanding of it. The Big Bang is a major target. There are other problems with our understanding of the universe, where the scientific scenarios are not adequate. It continues with an argument against extra-terrestrials visiting earth. There is likely intelligent life on other planets, but visiting earth is not very likely.
Cosmic Delusions (Book II) deals primarily with the allegation that the universe began as a random, undirected event approximately 13.7 billion years ago. There is sufficient scientific evidence to question this calculation. Recent scientific discoveries hint that the universe may be much younger and support the Genesis version of creation. (Bonus: Book I included!)
