Smoking Mirror Blues
by Ernest Hogan
In a dystopian near-future, an East L.A. Chicano hacker steals a god-simulating program from his Mexico City girlfriend. He uses it to resurrect Tezcatlipoca, the Aztec warrior/trickster god, but the god possesses the hacker's body and goes on a rampage in a futuristic, Hollywood Day of the Dead celebration. It's a mad, post-cyberpunk romp.
