This is kind of a coaching for dummies book. I spent the first 10 years coaching my children in baseball and softball, making a lot of mistakes both with my players and their parents and wasting a lot of time in practice. This little book should be great for a first time coach or one who could use some new ideas. Though my experience coaching is in baseball, this could apply to all youth sports.
