A challenging yet rewarding gluten free diet is easy when you know the basics. Coeliac disease is caused by an adverse reaction to a protein called Gluten. A gluten-free diet involves excluding foods that contain gluten, including wheat, rye and barley. Avoiding or cutting out gluten from your diet may appear to be an arduous task, however, it is achievable and easy once you know the basics.
