Crossing The Line: How to Deal With Bullying

Crossing the line from victim-hood to person-hood when confronted with bullying starts with preparation and planning. A measure of empathy, often for someone afflicted by feelings of inferiority and jealousy, can help defuse the tendency to act out of fear/anger. Courage to calmly insist upon your right to be who you are and determination not to add fuel to the fire may be all go a long way.
