For twelve-year-old Trey Landry, life on his family’s NH farm has always been difficult. And since his twin brother’s death, he feels his life is twice as hard. But when his father brings home an injured doe, Trey and his family look beyond their wounds to save another life. The boy and the deer form a special bond as they heal together. Soon however, Trey must learn that loving means letting go.
