Alex writes the “Dear Alex” Agony Uncle column in a gay men’s magazine. But his column has become a snark fest, due to Alex’s personal cynicism. He’s alienated Robbie, his co-presenter, and their fundamental disagreement on how to run the column broke up their love affair. It’s only when he’s alerted to the fact that Robbie may be in danger that Alex realises he’s lost without Robbie’s love.
