Making time for the gym can be the one obstacle that trips us up before we even get started. In most cases, we have to drive 20-30 minutes to get there, take five minutes to change our clothes, work out for 60 minutes (if we’re lucky), and much of this time may be spent simply waiting for equipment that folks are already using—or appear to be using.
