This is a week-by-week diary of my experiences of social anxiety and more. I recently started Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and found myself not being able to explain anything to my therapist. I ended up saying almost nothing and leaving that session feeling hopeless and alone. I'm writing this diary to confront my anxiety and other issues and hopefully to connect with other people.
