After Franklin Marshall’s death, Carolyn discovered that her controlling husband had been cheating on her. In addition, his lies turned their three grown sons against her. Alone, and with the help of friends, Carolyn slowly learns to live her own life. But the memories and resentments remain. So Carolyn decides to leave and start a new life elsewhere, taking only what is important to her.
