Have you ever been to Greece? Neither have I, but that doesn't mean that we can't eat like them. Mediterranean cuisine is comprised of an abundant amount of fruits and veggies, olive oil, fish, bread, and red wine. Sound good? I think so, as a matter of fact the food that Mediterranean people consume is really really good for you. It is all in moderation and contains healthy fats and proteins.
