When the Cold War turns hot in 1959, LTGJ Bobby Smith, USN, and crew are chosen to deliver an atomic bomb against Communists forces in China. The plan is to fly "under the radar" at night to achieve a surprise attack. No one knows if a single engine attack plane can survive a nuclear blast which is five times the power of the Hiroshima weapon.
