The Alphabet Man

A middle-aged Caucasian American man invents a new English alphabet. However in its creation, a mobster gets fooled in Rochester, NY. Now living six states away in North Dakota, Bill must be cautious. His Latin American cohort suddenly has a lot of questions. He misses a few easy combinations. When the envelope hits the floor with the final letter, it's sink or swim time in Bismarck.
