Being Grateful: Becoming Whole

When you live with an attitude of gratitude, you inner world comes into harmony with your outer world, recognizing that so much of what nourishes and sustains you in life comes from a source beyond yourself. Gratitude makes you whole and happy because you feel part of something much bigger than yourself, part of everything. Whether you have a little or a lot, you can be happy if you are grateful.
