The Safe Box of Health - 3 Steps to Heal Yourself

In the mind are 2 boxes, the Safe Box and the Unsafe Box. Ongoing pain and other chronic symptoms indicate a person is reacting negatively to stress, past experiences and/or poor nutrition. He is in the Unsafe Box. To heal and be well, he needs to identify those negative stresses and move them into his Safe Box. By so doing his body heals and returns to normal. Pain and illness disappear.
