About Randy Gonzalez

Randy Gonzalez has been an active member in the criminal justice field for the past 35 years. As a police officer, deputy sheriff and law enforcement educator, he has been involved in a wide variety of criminal justice activities. He has been a director of a police academy and is a retired chief of police. Randy Gonzalez holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Criminology, and M.P.A. degree in Public Administration, and a PhD. in Philosophy. As a certified law enforcement instructor, he holds certifications in several areas of law enforcement training. He has written numerous articles and publications for various professional journals.
