I have enjoyed Gemma Halliday’s books. This one was interesting in that it went from the woman’s past to present day.

Really a book for teens but I rather liked it. Plenty of action, teen angst, and good characters. I’d read another.

When Harley's serious boyfriend Josh suddenly has eyes for another girl, why is Hartley the last to find out? And why, oh why does she have to stumble across the body of that girl when she sneaks into Josh's bedroom just looking for answers?

Murder of a classmate leads to getting to know a senior at school who happens to run the school online newspaper. They team up to try and solve that murder, but another one happens before they are successful.

A look at high school students who are thoughtful, resourceful, and smart especially when faced with a disastrous situation. Without being totally goody-good shoes, these were great teens who's values and abilities were way above what popular culture often suggests. Yet the characters were real and shared thoughts and doubts common to teens everywhere.

It was a good book. Fast paced and an exciting conclusion! I have to recommend it for young adult readers and way beyond.

Very readable if only for the imaginatively censored swear words.
