I have to be honest... I love Joseph's books and have read the majority of them, but this series has always felt just a bit "on the nose" for me in terms of humor and dialogue. (Every time I get into one of these, the first handful of instances of the term "Wind Breaker" always make me cringe a little.) That said, once I adjust to the setting and get into the action, it has always been easy for me to look past my minor grievances and become thoroughly immersed. At this point, I've read all six titles in this setting, and this one joins the others as a worthy successor and/or end cap. If it all ends here, I'll be completely satisfied. If there is another book, I'll read it.
One thing that I will note is that this specific Smashwords version had an atypically high number of typos throughout (there was one right on the first page!). I never came across anything that couldn't be inferred via the context of the rest of the sentence, but they always caught my eye, so if that sort of thing bothers you, then prepare to be bothered every handful of pages.
All things considered, I have enjoyed these books and am happier to have read them than not.
