EXCELLENT READ!! Exactly what I have tried to get across to my children--in particular, my 17-year old son who recently entered the workforce!!!

This is a short book, but it's weighty. I think it's most effective in combination with Jason Perry's seminars and training programs. In that kind of setting, you get to hear Perry teach, you get to wrestle with his ideas through group discussions, and then you get the book as a reminder that you can refer to later as you're trying to implement what you've learned. Perry's insights could transform the way generations relate to each other.
