About the Series: The Hidden Library
In a world not quite like ours, courtiers plot and mages scheme to gain the ultimate power. Between them and victory stands the corps of the Hidden Library. Spies, assassins, courtesans and more, each brings their unique skills to bear under the Queen of Darkness, aka Lady Abaddon.

Few know the Queen of Darkness, but all fear her and her right-hand man, the Queen's Spear who is never seen unless you are soon to die. Chas Abaddon, sweet-faced heir to Lady Abaddon could never possibly be the Queen's Spear. Of course not.

Chas will ensure the kingdom's safety against all threats, if he can only make it through the latest ridiculous party without exposing just who and what he really is.
