With the never ending bombardment of fad diets and shoddy, mumbo jumbo science we get it was sure a breath of fresh air to read The Fat Loss Bible. It is a well documented book that addresses the facts of weight loss as opposed to another flim flam man out to grab a few quick bucks. Covers everything you need to know to get your mindset where it needs to be to tackle your fat loss goals.

Unfortunately I cannot write any review, as I couldn't read the purchased book. It's been impossible to download it following the given instructions. And as I can foresee, my money wont fly back to my pocket, even after some 3 or 4 contacts asking for help.

Great book. Well written with loads of research supporting the content. Easy to read in plain English!

The one thing about Anthony to be admired is his integrity. I also bought the previous edition and whilst it is similar, there are some differences and clearer explanations about carb intake. As the evidence has persuaded Anthony of the need to modify some of his content; he does so, refusing to get caught up in dogma! He allows the evidence to determine not any pre-determined view he may have on a topic.

This refreshing to me as a reader and it gives me confidence that what I am following as a program is accurate and up to date.

Well worth the $10!!

Excellent book...covers all the basics. I found it really really helpful. A must have, since he backs up his claim with references.
